Monitor Multiple Gas Detection Devices with the PS-7016 16-Point Channel Controller

The PS-7016 Controller provides simultaneous display and alarm functions for up to 16 gas detection devices, depending on the model. Arranged in groups of 8 channels to allow economical configuration of systems. All controllers come with Modbus Master/Slave RS-485 ports and 4 five amp alarm relays. This easy-to-configure, user-friendly controller is ideal for centralizing an entire fleet of independent gas detectors.

There are several key screens and features with the PS-7016 controller. The main data screen displays all active channels on the same screen, as well as channel configurations including all active channels. Cells will indicate the alarm status by color. The bar graph screen displays all active channels at the same time while the bar graphs change colors to indicate alarm status. The 24-hour trend screen displays one channel at a time as the most recent 24-hour trend. Top data fields include current reading, maximum, minimum and average readings over the last 24 hours, range, channel ID, and engineering units. 

The combination screen displays one channel at a time as the most recent 30-minute trend. Top data fields include current reading, maximum, minimum and average readings over the 24 hours, range, channel ID, and engineering units. Readings will change color and flash on alarms when unfavorable conditions are detected. Lastly, the zone screen displays all eight possible active zones. Alarm cells will change colors and the name field flashes while activating alarms. This screen allows the user to have direct access to a screen that shows which channels belong to each zone.
